A screening of 2012 packed to overflowing to the point that people were actually sat on the stairs and still others were coming in! Surely this contravenes safety guidelines?

A refund was duly given but the attitude was routine, no courtesy for the fact that our evening was totally wasted.

    Their w ...

Went to the Vue at Longwell green in Bristol - worst service ever. Arrived in plenty of time but had to queue over 30 minutes for a drink and some nachos.

Missed the beginning of the film.

Staff didn't seem to care. Will be going to the Odeon in Bath from now on.

I hadnt visited the venue since it had changed from Warner Brothers and after todays experience i will never be returning. I firstly queued for 50 minutes to purchase my tickets and had to buy my snacks there and ...

The Vue in Aberdeen has got comfy seats, but that is the only good thing about it. Staff were unhelpful, the queues were unorganised, so that people could overtake us (drives me mad). Also the prices are way over the top, just go down too the pound shop for christ sake! I would rather go to Cineworl ...

Well the vue in London tickets are 5 pound which compared to Odeon and other cinemas is good. Seats were comfortable, food was nice and they had good deals and so on. The only bad thing which i have in every cinema is that there Tango and Fanto Orange taste like beer. Brilliant cinema.

The Vue in Bristol is simply awful. From start to finish I was irritated and disappointed by my experience. Luckily the movie itself, Hulk 2, was pretty good so at least I could enjoy that.

I will never visit this cinema again. Instead I will go back to my regular cinema - the Showcase in Bristol. ...

Fantastic cinemas with a wow factor on entering, feels like your out for an entertaining night.
Good staff and a good selection of consumables.
    Bright atmosphere and exciting.

Vue is BIG and great films shown there! The prices are too much, I would advise taking your own food (hide it)......Overall, it's ok.

I really didn't enjoy watching a film at Vue and i sadly feel like going to the cinemas is useless and a waste of money as you don't enjoy the film as of all the problems going on around you. Sadly i will wait till the films i want to see come out on DVD .
