    Same thing happened to myself - purchased 2 aftershaves 212 - and one million -(friday 30th november) in which the next working day i received an email stating that 1 aftershave had been dispatched - no news on the other, after 1 week of not arriving i found this website with alot of negative review ...

    I ordered my goods with the knowledge that my goods were in stock and they would be delivered to me within 2-4 days. The money was taken from my account on the day I ordered the goods.     Goods did arrive very well wrapped and cheaper than the shops. Rather slow deliver - perfume took 7 days to arrive but it was free delivery. After reading other reviews would be hesitant to order from this company again.

    horrendous experience "it's not our fault it's down to protx that you have not had a refund" even though i was told after the sixth email that my refund had been confirmed, never again would i use supaperfume

    Ordered 10 Sept. payment taken 11 Sept. Many many promises of delivery. Eventually, after they complained about my previous review and had it temporarily removed, they sent me details of refund on 15 Oct.     Although this company has been replying to my emails. I have been waiting nearly a month for my perfume to be delivered.
    They are cetainly not pro active in informing you of your orders status, this is left up to the customer to chase and find out when they will get there order.
