    Originally the M7684S was delivered with a scratched door and a broken salad trays.After several years the fridge drain is blocked and it floods continually. Fronts of freezer drawers have broken. Servis told us to contact E-spares who sent the wrong fronts and refuse to accept them back.I will neve ...

    All Servis products are rubbish they have nobody to contact if
    the appliance goes wrong.

    I would never buy anything from Servis
    Problems started when my dishwasher broke down,
    I was told stay in all day from 8am-6pm, engineer would come, he didn't.
    Told to expect phone call from same engineer next day, did not come.
    Told to wait a further 48 hours for a phone call and the engineer ...

    I would never buy a Servis product. We also noticed that the small print of the extended warranty applications that they kept sending us states that the warranty only covers parts at the discretion of the engineer.

    Style over content. Large silver cupboard that sounds a bit like the whooshing noise on the early 'Doctor Who' theme tune.     I have a Servis M7684S fridge freezer which is a year old. The warranty has just ended, and I am told a call out is £50 plus parts. When I asked how they knew that something that should have lasted longer than a year, had failed, they basically said tough. I would have to pay anyway.

    Servis M7684S - Bought a the fridge freezer in June 2003 and was noisy. Got an engineer to visit and he recommended an exchange.
