    First of all, It's not a CROSMAN 2004. Whomever inserted that at the top of the page here is clueless. Crosman has nothing to do with this gun. It's put out by MARKSMAN who sticks the BEEMAN name on it!

    I'm an ex-precision shooter and a mechanic so there's your warning. This is only a $50 air gun. I filled my gas tank last night and it was $37. So there you go.     I would not recommend this pistol to anyone, unless you enjoy waiting for mail to come with the replacement.

    I bought this Crosman 2004 pistol not expecting much. At the time, about 6 months back, I was having a rat problem in my garden. I needed a pistol that could pop these criminals at 10-20' and kill them dead.

    As a satisfied owner of the pricey Beeman P3 I had to try the cheaper version Marksman 2004 at $38 from Walmart.
    Looks like the exact same gun. My P3 has thousands of rounds thru it and seems smoother and a better trigger, but that may be because it is thoroughly broken in. The 2004 is a bargain... ...

    The Crosman 2004 is a copy of the Beeman P3. The fit and finish is good, but like most Chinese made guns, it is not as good as the German made gun. But what do you expect for a $45 gun? The trigger is almost as good as the P3. I mounted a scope on it and took it to an indoor range. At 10 meters and ...
