    This bank loves to make you have things that you don't want!! - and then the service thay insist you have doesn't work properly.     Poor: totally unresponsive (still not spoken to business manager despite numerous messages left), branch staff brusque and lacking in knowledge, expensive for what they offer. Would I rely on them? Are they a partner to help build the business. Absolutely no way.

    Royal Bank of Scotland online services are poor, the debit/credit system is designed to generate fees - like applying charges at the end of the banking day after you've checked the balance, so the next day you discover you've been overdrawn... by the bank.

    Royal Bank of Scotland Business Bank Account is a prime example of what happens when a bank gets so big it has no idea what is happening within its own walls.Don't waste your time and money!

    I've not had any problems with this account until they started a monthly charge. Since others offer free banking I have now closed this account.

    It's about time banks earned their money by accruing the difference between their savings and lending rates without greedily imposing ridiculous charge ...

    General communication is very poor at Royal Bank of Scotland, trying to get information from them very difficult. For example, I've been trying to get information on automatic transfer of money between accounts, but without success so far. Even though this was recommended by them.
