After the credit crunch all loyalty points were not taken in to account I would not recommend them to anyone. Pulls the rug out from under you after they lend you money and things run less smoothly even when you have been a customer for over 20 years.

The HSBC Business Bank Account online application form conveys the impression that it is all online and your application is submitted from there.
