On the whole, I think AOL are ok. Iv never lost my connection. Have always been able to get on line when ever I wanted. Fairly unhindered internet access... I personally found AOL Email just too much hard work when I got hooked up with them. I'd rather poke my own eyeballs out than sign up with them again. I do not recommend AOL.com for an email address site, their software, e-mail, customer service, technical suppor ...

AOL software has caused me major problems. I persevered with AOL for over 8 years and introduced many people inc my family to them, and I finally changed to BT.
Trying to get a mac code from AOL took over 3 days of trying.

Overall it is a good well executed site and provides News, Sports and just about whatever interests you as well as your email in a one page format. I find it fast and comfortable to use and I trust it more than most of the other email sites.

I think it is a very good email website, I like the fact it doesnt take a long time to sign onto AOL www.aol.com however in my opinion they have the most junk mail.

AOL website has no explanation of how the site works, it'is just a case of guesswork on the visitors part. I will not be visiting again.
