Today-16.7.09-the Oxford Tube I was on was diverted. The driver didn't know the route and missed the turning at Baker St-a one way street that I amsure was clearly signposted as one way. Stagecoach buses in hartlepool are here to stay they take you anywere where or everywere just for under £1:40. need more buses like the 1B or 4A,B,C,D all like that.

I've used the stagecoach bus service from Glasgow Buchanan Street to Edinburgh twice in the last year. On both occasions I encountered an ubelievable level of rudeness from the staff.

I'm a carer so am out on the buses regularly with the people I support. Stagecoach is the main bus service for the area and isn't doing too bad in my view. It's the drivers that make an individual journey bad or good.

Stagecoach is usually a reasonable service usually no more than ten or 15 minutes late, could do with being a little more reliable though as there are too many occasions when the buses do not turn up at all. Also the website isnt brilliant.

In my experience they were completely useless. I spent about £3.00 on tickets and I just ended back where I started they over charged me and I didn't want to go the place they put on my ticket.
