Motorhouse is not what it used to be.
Most of the used cars i saw were dirty and they charge you an additional compulsary fee of nearly £300 to "Prepare" the car.
Do not take out the Warranty they will try to sell you, it covers nothing.

In the end i decided not to buy from them, and went els ...

Motorhouse 2000 Ltd have excellent staff who dont hassle you. Keys given to you to check car and start if required. Polite advice and good deals if part exchanging. Having bought a Zafria and paid for the extras ie Guard Ex and for the vehicle to be checked over, I noticed that the service light ...

However, there are no details displayed on the cars giving mileage or number of previous owners and such fundamental details you want to know when buying a used c ...

I was after a Skoda Fabia diesel with a maximum budget of £8000, and these are not always easy to find. motorhouse 2000 had three! The mileage ranged from 10k to 17k with £200 price difference between the cheapest and most expensive to allow for this. However, when questioning the sales ...

If you go into a deal with M2000 with your eyes open - you can get a very good deal. I bought a 12 month old car at a very good price - you just don't get the same 'feelgood factor' that you would by buying through a dealer. But the savings can more than make up for that. You just have to weigh one ...

It really is buyer beware. You don't get a test drive. Some answers to questions are vague - you may only get full information once your deposit has been handed over and you've arrived to complete the paperwork. In my case I asked if the vehicle had a full a service history. The answer was that it d ...
