    we have had no problems with our yorkshire accounts staff always polite and helpful.we would reccomend the service to friends because of the srevice from yourslves and you keep in touch with different servicea that may be of help to us .internet banking keeps you in control of youre incoming and out ...

    I am trying to get started on online banking, however the info Yorkshire Bank has sent me, I have done step by step but just cant even get around registering. There is NO register now button. Can anyone help me? This is so poor of the bank.

    It is about time Yorkshire bank realised it is the 21st century and we are in an electronic age!!!
    I have been with them for over 30 years and I have moved on but the bank has not. Cant do any thing internationally,

    Very poor website. It seems that a running account balance on their transaction page (i.e. Statement) is beyond them.

    Yorkshire Bank Internet Banking have 'Funds Transfers' and 'Payee lists'. Yet all my payees are accessed under the funds transfer listing!

    Not very good for people first logging into the Yorkshire Bank Internet Banking and poor back up system.
    Very bad for first time users.
