This is the best "charge" card on the market. Depending on the country you live in, the service levels will vary a lot. But AMEX is the only true card for anyone who travels extensively overseas. Lost card over seas in a small village by the ocean. Called night before - card arrived at my small hotel the next morning. Exceptional service with only one minor problem at airport.

Other than all the bad point the card is nice and customer service is nice. Not much else to say about the card.
