The Motorola CD930 was very efficient. the problem was that it was a bit bulky and heavy due to the battery which was made of lithium.

I purchased my CD930 about 8 years ago and it has not let me down once, I still have the same battery in it from day one, when I am down the pub with my mates they have to go outside to get a decent signal on the new fancy phones they have got, I can take and make calls without moving which is great ...

Picked this Motorola cd930 mobile phone up from Carphone Warehouse in January 2001 for £9.99 (should have been £19.99 but traded my old PAYG phone in).

    Excellent ...

This is a great phone with good characteristics and extremely big on quality of reception. This phone can reach the signal where other's can't and you can talk without any distraction during low signal as long as you have at least one dice!

The Motorola cd930e is a GREAT phone. It has easy to use functions, although it could bit a little smaller.

Motorola really shows its thoughtlessness with this sad product from the end of the nineties. Clearly the design team failed to appreciate the need for the most basic end-to-end functional design -- "obviously"-needed functions are completely missing from the handset.
