I made claim for water leak, my premium triple , it is due by the end of the month, can I leave Churchill before the claim settled ? Can they refuse payment for leaving them ?

I would never use Churchill again. They should sack that silly nodding dog and replace him with a bucket of worms which would be far more appropriate. Churchill Home Insurance is a very professional company i would recommend if having a problem and lost documents, policy numbers etc they will go out of their way to assist in anyway they can

I find Churchill Home Insurance cheap but in my experience they have poor customer service and I felt they where quite Unsympathetic to my needs.

I am Churchill client since may 2007 and have switched to Churchill because when it could not beat my start quote I got £75. And if a company gives so much money for virtually nothing then it must be good - this is what I thought and I am still right.

They try to make you work as hard as you can before they even think about paying. I made a simple claim for spectacles that I lost.
