    I don't get why people have rated natwest so low. I personally have not had a bad experience. With online banking I can check my statements at anytime, I am a shopalic so I have not been paying it off monthly but I think the interest is very low and fair!!

    Natwest Student Credit Card is the worst bank card ever.... many many costly problems.. and the staff aren't helpful but rude when you go there now you have this stupid card

    Since opening a Natwest student account I ' ve had nothing but problems. The staff don't know what they're talking about and then make me feel like a terrible customer when I go to make a payment on my credit card without the slip at the bottom, bearing in mind I ' m a student who doesn't carry bank ...
