    Utterly useless. After cancelling my policy they continued to take installments for three months! They managed to take over £120 one month and send me overdrawn. When i realised i complained and after three phone calls and a letter they said they would only refund me £106! I will be t ...

    I have recently received very poor customer service from them. They are inconsistent with their charges, and when I objected to this, the member of staff was very unhelpful. I then spoke to the customer relations department who defended their staff member and dismissed my complaint.

    I changed my car and Egg car insurance required me to fit a tracker. Fair enough.
    I ordered a tracker and told them it could not be fitted for two days after I had taken delivery of the car.

    Been with Egg Car Insurance on and off for the last 4 years, my renewal notice this time round cannot be beaten and having dealt with the majority of the rest of the insurers I see no reason why not to continue.
