If you need to deal with customer service it is an absolute nightmare. The call centre staff have no sense of customer service and everything is covered by the "system says" . If you need to cancel the cancel charges exceed other insures by 200%

Do not use this company, the first year price is a catch and when the renewal is vastly higher than the previous year they will charge you ££££s to cancel the policy.

Budget Car Insurance = 0 points out of 5 for everything - I had to give them 1 star to post this review.

Beware the automatic policy renewal. You can by all means call them and cancel. Be warned though - in my case this did not stop them taking the full policy renewal from my card anyway after verb ...

Obstructive, they automaticaly renewed my policy when the van was on a SORN. Budget Car Insurance would not listen to anything, my questions went unanswered.

This is a very poor company with a sharpe website and a back office. You have been warned.
