    DISGUSTING. Streamline.net consider that they have a license to print money.     Enough has been said already about everything else, but they get one star from me simply due to their webmail downtime. I have no idea what can possibly go wrong SO often. At least twice a week their webmail will be down, if not once a day.

    This is a shocking company, tech support are useless. I was experiencing these slow pages people speak of, 500 errors and lots of errors in my log files:

    FastCGI: comm with (dynamic) server "/var/www/fcgi/php-cgi" aborted: (first read) idle timeout (30 sec)

    After several months using a dedicated server and 4 shared hosting plans with them, they send me a mail that my payment failed. I then updated my card information, and 21 hours later they shut down my server. 30minutes later they charged my card and sent me a mail that my server would be up in 24 ho ...

    I have 3 domains with this company and they have just locked me out of them for two months. I didn't realise that they automatically charged me for a domain I did not want to renew and have denied me access to all three until I pay up. I keep contacting their support and I just get a standard respon ...

    This cowboy outfit seems to just ignore the consumer protection regulations (distance selling) 2009 as they think it is fine to just help themselves to your money without providing an invoice prior to charging!

    Avoid - there are plenty of good hosts out there but streamline isn't one of them! ...

    Extremely poor customer services when it comes to cancelling the account. If you request to speak to a manager as you are not satisfied with the level of service you are receiving they place you on hold and then cut you off.

    Huge price increases over the 3 years I was with them and was not notified ...

    Be careful of Streamline.net and read the small print. They seem operate an obscure contract of automatic renewal every two years which ties you up for an additional two years with no refund and they have been awkward and uncooperative in a dispute. They can only be contacted using a 0845 number dur ...

    **** WARNING ****

    Streamline are a terrible web host, they will cause you endless headaches with overloaded servers and constant timeouts, their support staff are a bunch of monkeys...avoid them!
