    Sainsbury`s have no concern for their 'customers' whtsoever. Automated 'push button this and push button that' with no chance to speak to a human. But why bother to employ people when they cost money when an automated system is cheap.

    I will recommend to all not use Sainsbury`s

    Still hanging on hoping that someone will answer my phone calls - 15 minutes so far - third occasion of trying on separate days - always give message re very high call volumes and at least 20 minute wait - is this deliberate?     When I first opened a Sainsbury's Bank Internet Banking account the interest rate was excellent, however it is now not.
    to log into the site is never straight forward or simple.
    normally having to use my wifes details as the site normally refuses to recognise my own.

    Will not even attempt to try to pay on line will either phone in or send cheque. Cannot log on to my account the site doesnt recognise my user name

    It works for me. I've had to request new password details as I forgot mine, and they arrived by post a few days later. The interest rate seems quite stable, not wonderful but not awful either.     Its seems just hopeless trying to open an on line credit card account, what is the matter with these people why don't they make it simple and straight forward for those that are a little older to understand. Don't blame people for going else where to Bank.
