    It promised much to the company but delivers little.Is not geared fo business use.Wastes hours of company time, which is money trying to make payments. Drops out halfway through a transaction. The helpline telephone number on the site is wrong. You can't get through anyway. OK, so ia have to be paid ...

    Been with the Co-op since 1996. Their Business Banking for about 8 years has been diabolical. Very often it doesn't work at all. At best it is slow. I have received MANY "Service awards" of £25. Avoid like the plague !

    Similar to all the other reviews I am in disbelief at the awfulness of the Co op banks internet banking.

    Just some of my gripes:

    -I am regularly unable to log on to my account out of business hours, unbelievable

    -I regularly get errors that throw me out of the account

    I've been a business customer for over a year. The website is truly pathetic and archaic - see comments above. I love their ethics, but despise their website. If you need speedy access - stay well clear.

    I use the Co-op for internet business banking.

    The system constantly crashes with 'Corba' no resource errors after I have entered things like payment details - very frustrating.

    Co-operative Bank Internet Banking used to be okay until they introduced a gadget called a "Card reader" that you must have in your hand, and your actual card , in order to transfer funds. One must enter additional codes generated by the Card Reader in order to use their account. This takes ages !
