Additions plus held for at least 3 years. Registered all products purchased-never had to claim. Been on holiday - never made a claim.

From the moment I called the 24hour emergency line... disappointment!
I had a water leak from the boiler so called them up, they sent a plumber not a corgi registered engineer. I was told Corgi registered engineer will come next day... left water leak as it was. This was 24 hour EMERGENCY service. ...

Their service is really poor for me, at one point I was put on hold for 45 mins, on their 0845 number.
I was also promised that they would come to fix my boiler within 24 hours but no one turned up. And then it was mission impossible to get through to them again on the premium rate number. ...

Every benefit of the Barclays Additions bank account was awful! I don't want to write a will thank you!
