I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS OPTICIAN TO ANYONE.....I GOT A FREE CHECK...THAT WAS THE GOOOD PART!!!!!!!!! THE EXPERIENCE OVERALL WAS V.FRUSTRATING,ILL INFORMED FRONT OF HOUSE STAFF,AND MORE WORRYING IS THE FACT THAT THEY GIVE OUT INFORMATION AND ITS THE WRONG INFORMATION.

I recommend that you stay well clear of D&A in Rickmansworth.
I had major problems with the attitude of the staff, the manager in particular, when I had problems. Don't believe the website which says something along the lines that they are passionate about customer service! What a joke!

Worst service ever in Regent Street. The opticians are poorly trained and cannot provide full service.
The manager is not very knowledgeable and does not follow up on things.
They are mainly interested in selling you products without best value and quality for the customer

Services OK at dollond and aitchison but the branch I deal with doesn't have the particular machine needed for my eyesight and for only this reason only I have chosen to avail myself of another company in Altrincham.

The staff are friendly but, on the whole, not very skilled and staff turnover is high. The particular opthalmologist that I am seen by is excellent. If it were not for her, I would not continue to use D&A.
