    All BACS payments etc are shown on my Alliance & Leicester Business Bank Account statement as a total for the day, not itemised, very impractical when checking your statement as you then have to total your invoices. So annoying I am going to close my account and transfer to the Co-op!

    Alliance & Leicester Business Bank Account is cheap to run. It costs about 20% of my previous Lloyds charges and I find the internet service quick and easy to use.     Applied to open account by post on 9th October. Account finally opened on 24th Nov (7 weeks later, although actual documents not received until December - no postmark, of course!). Paid in cheque immediately. Was charged 5.00 for "inactivity fee" in November even though we had no paying-in mechanism ...

    Alliance And Leicester dont let you transfer money from your business bank account. Told me it was transferred 4 times when it had not been. had to explain to 6 different people what they had done. I'm getting out of this bank.
