    I have bought quite a few items in Next. I find their clothes to be of very decent quality and not too expensive. The staff are generally fairly helpful when you need them but they don't hassle you too much, which can put me off sometimes.

    The last item I bought there was a pair of smart trousers ...

    I firstly, do not shop here for myself, I find adult clothes here to be bland, dull and a bit mature even matron - like for me. However childrens clothes (nothing much for older children 5+) are of excellent quality and very smart, unlike many other brands of childrens and baby clothes they wash up ...

    I really like Next because their clothes never seem to wear out or lose their colour and shape, especially compared to other high street stores.     I love Next, apart from the above two bad points! The quality of the clothing is fantastic, especially jeans/childrenswear and school uniform which will be grown out of quicker than it wears out!
    They do sometimes seem to be a little behind the times and could maybe have a slightly younger feel to ...

    Layout off the stores make shoping quicker eg men women and children seprate and well labled

    Agree with others that sizing is all over the place, whether tops, trousers, shoes, children's or otherwise. Avoid jersey tops which shrink badly. Children's shoe sizes especially are totally way out from the norm.
    Sale days, yes, are a total manic mess.

    I must admit that I hardly ever go in Next as I know exactly what they have in there! - the same stuff as last time! The clothes are too old and boring. However I will admit that the clothes are made to a good standard.
