    Sea front room excellent. Room servicing regular and good.
    Excellent pool area and the hotel has a private beach with numerous Butlers on the beach and pool area's for towels etc. Snorkeling available from the hotel beach.

    Sharm El Sheikh, Hyatt Regency Hotel - The service at the Hyatt is awful.     We were told at the time of booking "Hyatt Regency Hotel was the best in Sharm el Sheikh". Our experience of other places in Egypt, left us thinking that Sharm was not up to the standard of other areas.

    Have just spent Christmas week 2004 at the Hyatt Regency Hotel. From the moment we arrived we were treated like Royalty and the service remained at a high standard throughout our stay.

    Beautiful location and architecture by the middle gardens reef. Rooms very spacious and clean (we stayed in one of the Regency Club suites). Regency club guests benefit from private pool and beach, complimentary drinks and canapes, and a superb level of privacy and service.
