This is not real cider, in my opinion it's just a cheap alcoholic product that has been heavily marketed.Just shows you how effective a multi million pound advertising campaign is........................if the ads are good some people will spend their hard earned on tasteless rubbish.

Magners is the cider equivalent of alcopop. And ice in cider, does that remind me just a bit too much of the obligatory ice in your drink in MacDonald's? Why is it so expensive? You can pay £3 or more for a bottle of this stuff. I just don't get why people drink it. I suppose the only good thi ...

Ice in cider? Adge Cutler would turn in his grave.
Magners Original is far too bland to be considered a good cider.

Magners Original is an extremely crisp, "clean" tasting cider, usually served with plenty of ice, making it a great summer cooler. I'm usually a bitter drinker but when I want something cold in summer that's not lager, I'll always go for the Magners.

Magners Original is the new trendy drink, I actually rather like it. It's always served in a pint glass with lots of ice so it nice and cold which is a bonus at the moment. Magners original is the greatest cider ever made (probably). This comment comes from a West Countryman where a lot of cider is made. It can be obtained from Threshers off licence in litre bottles, OR Tesco's in pints. It's great!

Magners Original is not a bad cider, but it doesn't quite live up to the hype. It is a nice one no doubt, but the dishwasher taste is evident. I can't explain the dishwasher taste, but if you know what I'm talking about you'll understand.
