The Honda EU2000i is an outstanding unit. I've had other portable generators - non compare. Easy start - very reliable starting; usually first pull.
    Very quiet
    Easy to handle/move

The Honda EU2000i is worth every penny! I love it! I bought two and use the "parallel kit" to power up our trailer's 15.5 BTU air conditioner! Works like a champ! ((((QUIET)))) That feature can't be beat by ANY other manufacturer! Sips gas! Very fuel efficient. Provides nice pure SIN wave, w ...

I kind of have a obsession for playing with my new generator. I have pretty much been running my Honda EU2000I hard non stop for six weeks now minus a few hard rain days we had, I had to put it away (bummer). I have a 15 thousand dollar Macintosh quad core (4 processors each processors (running at 3 ...

I just bought a Honda EU2000i generator after hurricane Gustav knocked out power to most of Baton Rouge, where I live. When the electric company told me it would be 3 weeks before power came on, I broke down and bought the generator. I'd been holding out because of concerns about noise and fuel cons ...

I bought this Honda eu2000i for use in an old classic motor home I am lovingly restoring. I had originally planned on getting two and combining them to met AC requirements in combination with computer use and other light demands.
Superficially, the eu2000i is an easy unit to fall in love with.
    Unfo ...

I use the eu2000i during extreme temperatures in northern Minnesota ice fishing. One night the temperature got down to -37, the generator didn't even hickup.
    Best investment

It's such a great generator that even my 9 year old daughter could start it. The ease in portablity for this generator was A+.
I highly recommend this machine for light weight portable work. Honda delivers.

If on eco throttle and a sizeable start up load is applied...(small air conditioner) the unit will many times die. Solution for this is to wait at the generator for the three minutes that the a/c unit takes to start the compressor with the eco switch off, then keep thermostat on a/c unit low enough ...

As far as small generators, I have not seen a better one. It's quiet, fuel efficient and true sine wave

I plan to get another one so I can run the other things. The oven will need a 220V transformer to work it. (Outback or Xantrex) You would wire it just as if you had a single 120V inverter and needed 240V.

The smooth sine wave output is as clean as ac utility power as far as I have experienced. Th ...
