  Poor phone poor service. Its unusable for elderly people as it comes without a manual and ntl havent even bothered to up a pdf file to there site.

  NTL VS2000 - Even with the keypad locked it is still possible to hold the external line open and therefore block any incoming calls. The answer machine facility seems to have a fault in that it thinks the memory is full, even when there are no messages stored. This stops callers leaving a message ...
