Good value and benefits from carole nash motorcycle insurance. Terrible customer service. The staff are friendly, but seem disorganised and on the verge on incompetent when dealing with a simple theft claim.

I have been insuring my classic bike with Carole Nash insurance for years. This last year they still haven't sent my documentation through after 3 months of asking. I intend to get through this year and never use them again.

I have been insuring bikes both classic and modern with Carole Nash since they started, over 25 years ago. They were really good, knew their subject, gave great cover and were reasonably priced. All that has changed, I recently wanted to add another classic bike to my policy for the remaining three ...

I have been with Carole Nash for many many years now. Over the last few years their customer service has left a lot to be desired.
I renewed my policy with them in June. Arranged payments in four instalments to be taken on specified dates, a service they offered.
The payments were never taken on t ...

I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt and try them again for this years renewal - what a joke! It seems since the 'Nashs' jumped ship that its gone further down hill then it was 6 months ago!

Please do not, repeat, do not use these guys if you value your machine!

Where do I begin? In 2002 I bought a Moto Guzzi 850 and phoned Carole Nash for a quotation, which I accepted. I gave all the details correctly over the phone, including the fact that I did not have a garage, but the bike would be covered, alarmed and double locked with Thatcham approved chains to a ...
