I have used one since 1967 and it must have saved me thousands in cutting down cooking times of notoriously tough meat and other long-cooking foods, ie stews and steaks and steamed puddings.

After a kettle its my most important kitchen item.

I had to get a new pressure cooker, and could only get a flat top prestige pressure cooker, though it was stainless steel. No longer has three weights, so limits cooking. Shame. The Prestige Hi Dome Pressure Cooker is wonderfully easy to use and very safe. I would highly recommend this pressure cooker to anyone who is working and needs a quick evening meal with little washing up!
