"Registering is Easy" you say. Not so!
Do I need to be a IT Nerd to simply register?
If you wish to see an example of user friendliness I suggest you refer to "Amazon". Look and learn.

Trying to tell you that I have presented necessary documents to validate my bone fides to my local branch last Wednesday (despite being a BOS customer for over 40 years. I find that my new savings account has yet to be activated.
As a famous Marxist philosopher said over 100 years ago "the best one ...

As such you are left with no transaction history, and they have no way of restoring the deleted transactions. Incredible. All they offer is a printed ...

If you want to waste your time and money being placed on international hold by largely anonymous call centres, or at best never speak to the same person twice and repeat yourself multiple times, then the Bank of Scotland is the bank for you. Greetings Shirleen, Charleen, and you all.
