I always enjoy the pizza at Pizza Express Loughton Essex but last night I used a voucher for a buy one get one free take away only. You had to call up and say you were using the voucher when ordering. The pizzas were so salty we could only eat half of one, I wondered if this was because they may use ...

Why on earth go to Pizza Express? I understand food in London has improved over the past years. I also understand that people are not particularly picky about it. Especially when you are hungry and in a hurry, you hope at least the "Express" will prove true. I was such a person tonight. Maybe I was ...

The other evening, my wife and I decided to have a meal at the Pizza Express in Southgate. We were warmly welcomed and seated immediately, and that's when the problems started. My wife chose the bruschetta as a starter and the Grand caesar salad with no anchovies as the main. First two courses I cho ...

Bury St Edmunds Pizza Express - simply the worst service we have ever experienced (5 August 2008) Took one hour and forty minutes to serve a simple pizza. Coffee arrived with cups less than half full and no milk until we complained. Apparently surly and uncommunicative staff.

I live in Cambridge, and understand week-ends are very busy, but the food was just rushed out and put on tables, no considering about presentation and taste to the food, all in all a very disappointing evening meal.

The Alresford Pizza Express restaurant is a hidden gem. It has a lovely garden and lots of character, staff warm and friendly and seemed genuinely happy to work there.

Had to wait 2 hours for the main meal at Pizza Express, this is unacceptable we were a group of 10 and the table was pre-booked. I think the Pizza's are poor compared to what i can get from the take away at a 5th of the price. The pasta dishes looked and apparently were disgusting and £6 for ...

What should have been a relaxing family meal at the Cheadle branch of Pizza Express was spoiled by errors in order taking and slow service that I had to get up and complain about. I was compensated by a free £5 glass of wine. Pizza Express isn't cheap, so I want the level of service that goes ...

There are too many good alternatives to Pizza Express these days and I'll be spending my money there. Me and my partner drank two bottles of bitter lemon each at the Pizza Express in Norwich (St Benedicts) before seeing they were three months out of date, the staff to their generous credit said we w ...
