    I bought my Ronin 215 about 5 or 6 years ago. It has served me so well, played 'almost everything' including my holiday photos discs, movies, music, videos of grandchildren - wow what a shock when the motor growled at me last weekend and nothing would play any more....and no surprise, it's been real ...

    Good value for money. Good features for a cheap machine. Has been reliable for the last 4 years. Neat compact size with good picture quality. No bad points from me which is great for such a cheap machine.

    The Ronin 215 DVD Player is basically the same as the 215f, but with only two channel dolby. It is based on the MT1379 chip. which is widely used by diffrent manufactures. Note all dvd players which use this chip therefore have the same problems
