Maintenance was scheduled for 4th of December 2008. It is now 1.5 hours after it should have been completed - but the service has not been restored. The service has been down for 5 hours or more. Originally runbox was a good service with a large amount of storage for the price.

Initially impresed by the large storage and email attachments (4 years ago) I now move away from Runbox.
Most utmost reasons for;
1-Their poor approach for addressing client issues, if addressed at all.
2-My runbox account gets swamped by spam (200 daily is normal).

I like what Runbox offers, and wish that there were more competition offering the same thing. I'm not happy with their current levels of support and performance, so would move elsewhere if I could find the same offering elsewhere.

One of the best fee-mail email providers I have tried, and its huge selling point is its file storage (web hard disk) and huge email storage and attachment size.
