El Hana had very dirty rooms, the housekeeping was poor. If you want, the steward to change your towel for a 5 dinar tip, you will get a dirty towel from the neighbour's room full of lipstick marks. Even if you give a good tip they can't do anything for you because there is not enough bed linen and ...
