I love the convenience of this machine.

Being able to make my own soda and seltzer whenever I want is incredible.

No more driving down to the store and being able to offer my guests so many different flavors is great

Soda Stream support is less than nonexistent. Clueless, non-responsive. Attempting to order refills is a painful and lengthy process, since they will screw up your order. That being said, being able to make seltzer in your home is a great thing.
