(e.g. if you only speak English or German make sure your guide has several years of experience guiding in that language.)   I travelled all around Iceland renting a Toyota RAV4, a small 4WD good for two, too small for three...we were three and tree rucksacks and my photographic stuff...well, it's really incredible.
