    We had booked a room at the Merchant Court Hotel through a travel agent and we were delayed on our arrival.     We stayed in the Merchant Court Hotel for 4 nights in Oct 2004 & were very disappointed. It was advertised in the UK brochures as a 5* hotel which it definitely was not.

    Check in was painful to say the least with the staff member being very unhelpful. She would not give us the room upgrade we had ...

    Excellent family hotel with great facilities. I have now stayed at the Merchant Court twice once with the entire family (2 kids aged 5 and 2) and have an excellent time.

    Rooms where not too small even with the four of us in the room. The pool was excellent, the restaurants great.
