Bought this bike last year having previously owned the 1996 yp250. It has loads of storage which was the main reason for purchase but also has enough 'go' in it to make it an awesome travel companion. I've used it for everything from camping trips to commuting and regularaly get 70+mpg. My only crit ...

The YAMAHA MAJESTY is a LEMON, in the truest sense! I you haven't figured out that you've been had yet, give it time, you will. I thought it was GREAT too, until the ECU/ELECTRICAL problems started. It's so horrible the dealers can't even repair them! Mine is 3 pampered years old, and under 2,800 mi ...

Moved up from a Piaggio X9 250, and have now had my YP400 for 3 and a half years and done 26,500 miles. Fantastic all year round commuter/tourer. Very comfortable and plenty of storage space, plus lockable glove box. 40 mile a day commute gives me about 65mpg, on a mix of A and B roads and Motorway. ...

The 2007 Yamaha Majesty YP400 is an excellent Maxi Scooter. It costs less then the Burgman 400 by Suzuki but is very similar and equal in performance. The bike is so far trouble free. I like to ride it in the summer and to work. I am not that comfortable on the highway in traffic or in gusty win ...

I have, and continuing to enjoy my four year relationship with my YP400, I ride it all year round for work and pleasure. I would ideally prefer a V twin motor of larger capacity, such as Gelera have brought onto the market.

The Yamaha Majesty has a good turning radius, good ergonomics, good performance, is very quick, comfortable seat, good build quality, adequate storage areas, good stability, great road presence, easy to handle, a good touring scooter and a blast to ride.
This machine performs more like a motorcycl ...

I am a 5'7" senior lady rider and own my Silver/Black Yamaha Majesty 2007 for nearly 1 year. Bought it brand new and didn't ride any bike over 50cc for 48 years (yes, you read this correctly).
I will be 70 years old this year, and after being crippled for a number of years,(and now having 2 steel hi ...

I've had my 05 Yamaha Majesty for 3 months now. It took a lot of getting used to because of the weight and seat height. As with anything else, the more I ride, the easier it is. Now I love my Majesty and look for excuses to ride. I have an awesome sound system on it which makes it all the more fun t ...
