Ordered external DVDRW on friday from EPC Buyer. It arrived monday 10am- best price to be found after extensive research on web. So my experience is completely at odds with some previous adverse comments, but I can only say that in all honesty my experience was FIRST CLASS, IN EVERY WAY!

Having read some reviews on epcbuyer.com I was undecided if to go ahead and purchase from the site. However, I placed the order, and it arrived on time. I did have some problems setting up the PC however after emailing them someone called me and I was soon up and running.

Don't buy from E PC Buyer, they don't answer their phones or email, trading standards should close them down, must be costing banks and credit card companies a small fortune, stay away from them.

Do not use this company no matter how tempted you are by their prices. They have a TERRIBLE reputation and have ripped me off. You have been warned!

I bought a Lacie 1TB in July 2006, but the drive had a failure. Their website advised it would take +/-3 weeks to check, and I was told to buy another one. They would refund once the problem had been confirmed. I bought a new drive and it arrived okay. After 4 weeks I phoned E PC Buyer for my refund ...

Goods out of stock, found out after money taken. Cancelled order Sept 06, still waiting for refund. Phone impossible to get through, I just get cut off. I have sent 6 emails, no response. Please read this review before you order.

Purchased goods which I was advised by EPCBuyer were instock and delivery was 1-5 days. EPC charged my VISA and then didn`t send the goods.
