I switched from Orange due to BT's claims for wireless coverage - absolute rubbish. The range is less than a Netgear router, their speed is slower and the line occasionally drops. When you ring customer service you speak to someone in India with a very poor line - this doesn't do much for their VOIP ...

i can never get into my domain space to do repairs or upgrades as the portal is forever broken.
Every week my website needs repairs because the wordsa get changed, the images are constantly shifted, and then I spend three hours trying to get into my webspace!

BT Connect Broadband is a very poor company, services are scripted conversation, you are a number, wouldnt recommend to my worst enemy.
