Writing to give my opinion because I disagree with some of the comments I have read. I have owned a .22 hornet carbine for the last 4 years, it is very accurate with a healthy power output of 11.9ft lbs using air arms hunter. it places shot after shot through the same hole at 35 yds with no probs. I ...

I shoot birds professionally with this rifle, and would recommend it to anyone. It is a dream to shoot, so simple and safe, plenty of accuracy to spare. I can easily take House Sparrows at 60 yards. Nice tight groups with the holes touching in most cases out to 40 yards. Wonderful rifle choice, ...

The BSA Hornet is great for poping bunnies at 40 yards and can take down a pigeon no bother. I was surprised with the power in the gun and is very good with the shots per charge i get nearly 200 shots with my .22. I find Acupell Domeheads are most effective with quarry i hope this info. helps.

This BSA Hornet gun is very quiet and very accurate. I have run a lot of pellets through it and Crosman Preimer is the most accurate. It is quite deadly on the grey squirrel here in the USA. I have the multi-shot. For hunting it's the best way to go. One hole groups are common at 30 yards. Hope this ...

I'm really happy some of you guys are enjoying your BSA Hornets, but make the most of them as when they go wrong, they are a total nightmare. I loved my Hornets when they were running fine but the first one packed up after 2 days and the second one packed up after 3 weeks, so I opted to have it repa ...

I bought the BSA Hornet after a Superstar (read previous report on that one) .22 cal, running H+N field target trophys at about 11.25ftlbs.
Amazing accuracy, single holers at 35 yards, and inch groups at 60! It has accounted for many rabbits and ferals, and has fired about 9000 shots with no proble ...
