    A good range of items. However, items shown as in stock on the website are not necessarily in stock meaning I am still waiting nearly 2 weeks later for some door handles. Customer service noted that the website is not live, ie not linked to their current inventory.... I can't comment on quality of t ...

    do not use diy tools, unless you like not having replys to your email's dont take my word for it. just find a review on them, i always check before i buy but just for once i thought i trust a company without a perfect record and it just goes to show the 20 negative ones out of 70, makes them a usele ...

    Ordered shower head @ rail from DIY Tools, arrived damaged phoned and e mailed told replacement would be sent and damaged one picked up still no sign of replacement never again with this firm!

    Nice website, quick delivery. Had pleaseant dealings with the
    DIY Tools staff and got my product very quickly.

    Ordered a circular saw and some blades - got a letter asking me to confirm the delivery address, did that....Phoned them up to check the next week, they said they'd send it to arrive the week after - a week later, still no sign of it even being sent, so I cancelled the order.
