i live in the newton aycliffe and have used the cobblers hall total garage for several years and always found the staff to be pleasant and helpful. recently a new member of staff has started i dont know if he owns the garage or is a manager but he has to be the rudest person i have ever met my partn ...

I find the Total Petrol Stations staff very rude, they are always talking on their mobiles, thrust there hands out for the money, never say please or thank you and consequentley l never use this branch anymore.

After using the Total pump i could smell petrol and realised it was on my hands which could've been dangerous if i was a smoker, i have never had this happen at my other local garage i have used, i feel the maintenance of the pumps has not been kept up and it is an accident waiting to happen!

I have a Total Company Card and so always filled up at Total and was always getting the old gift vouchers until they decided to stop giving them out - even though customers were part way to being able to claim for more.
