Bought two newspapers. Times and Telegraph, two mornings running.
Noticed cashier did not scan telegraph costing £1. Second morning queried why second paper not scanned, and was told 'the machine isn,t geared to scan this paper'. Think some discreet surveillance of how much cash then enters ...

Car overheated so went to Shell Petrol garage to get water.
I removed radiator cap and burned my forearm.
Staff was on hand and gave me an ice pack and a hot drink for me and my daughter.
She was very helpful and I was very impressed with her kindness and helpfulness

My husband and I paid a substantial amount to have our Subaru Forrester converted to LPG last summer and I am absolutely dumbfounded as to why there are hundreds of fuel stations that still don't supply it.
Besides it being more environmently friendly, it has reduced our fuel bill by half, but even ...

The Shell Petrol Station at Basingstoke has friendly staff. If the petrol could be labelled with the word "petrol" and the diesel labelleled "diesel" it would help customers to avoid the expensive mistake of misfueling. The new special diesel and the expensive petrol both have the name V-Power. ...
