We liked the entertainment and Michael Jackson show. The hotel was excellent, and the food was good to eat. The restaurant manager and staff were very helpful and considerate always cleaning up the tables.

We have just returned from the Ambassador Playa, stayed in block 1 lots of traffic noise, loads of fumes. If you want a good well laid out comfortable room go for the top floor pool view, otherwise suffer the very poor air quality on the bottom floors. Food was 7/10 plenty of the same thing each ni ...

Been going to this hotel for 14 years now, sometimes twice per year, staff are friendly and some remember us year in year out, food isn't fantastic but more 'every day' always plenty to choose from and a big must for me milk at breakfast for cereal is COLD ! Benidorm, Hotel Ambassador Playa - We stayed here for a week and had a great time. The holiday was booked last minute in order to treat our teenage sons to a break. Ideally located for the ameneties.
