Recently visited Beaverbrooks and the staff were extremely helpful as I am not a customer who is easily satisfied. Although I did not find exactly what I was looking for the staff were great, making suggestions and getting things from the window for me to look at. Could not fault them in anyway.

I have just bought a 3 stone ruby and diamond ring from them and cannot recommend them highly enough. they were friendly, helpful, not in your face, allowed us time and cleaned my other diamond ring while we chose one. I didn't even buy the one they cleaned from them.
