My boyfriend and I picked out an engagement ring from Beaverbrooks a few weeks ago, within the correct budget, only to find that last week they added 15% on to the price of the ring, that was already at £995. It now stands at £1150! bearing in mind that it was already quite expensive ...

I have just bought a 3 stone ruby and diamond ring from them and cannot recommend them highly enough. they were friendly, helpful, not in your face, allowed us time and cleaned my other diamond ring while we chose one. I didn't even buy the one they cleaned from them.
