    Their billing is the worst in the world. They over charge OVER AND OVER AND OVER. Money vanishes from my phone without a record of where it went.

    Virgin Mobile. Was looked after as soon as I arrived. Good contract but was unhappy with phone. I was given a refund on the spot. Kept the contract as it was very good value for sim only deal. I cannot fault them

    Was told phone would be here Friday morning....rang at 1pm told it would still be here by 6pm...never came, rang Saturday to be told it would be there today and if not Monday...never came all day, rang Sunday and was told best they could do was get it to me for Tuesday...was not offered postage refu ...

    Virgin Mobile is true to their word. Good prices and customer service on-line or off.
