I feel disgusted with the service from the central hire department - goods not having been washed from the previous use. Having experienced these problems and spoken to other people we have found so many similar issues experienced by most people who have hired from them. I would never recommend them ...

Moss Bros took 3 weeks to get one shirt in that we bought. They measured all the suits and on the day they came in for everyone to try on - they had taken the wrong measurements!!! This is 2 days before the wedding!!
