    Excellent for all over fitness training and weight loss. I bought the indoor rower because I am 54 and didn't have time to do a cardiac workout and time for some resistance training.     The Concept 2 rower is a brilliant piece of exercise kit, being robust, fairly portable and free from ridiculous technological complications.
