Unfortunately, I have been very disappointed by the management at Moon Palace. I went on the tour of the facilities and received a voucher for 2 rounds of golf. The Moon Palace Hotel is a beautiful place do go for a vacation the water is crystal blue, the service is unbelievable, hard working staff 24\7, best food I have tasted in Mexico! Checking in to the resort is hard it me and my famly it took 2 hours
